What we collect and why
When you use a quote or contact form we collect your name, contact details, postcode and what you tell us about the job. We use this to provide a quote and, if you go ahead, to arrange delivery and any council permit. Enquiries are passed to the skip operator who fulfils your booking so they can deliver and invoice. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months, then delete them. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing.
Cookies
The site sets one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice. The embedded Google Map in the Areas section may set Google cookies; see Google's privacy policy for details. If we add analytics in future, those cookies will only be set after you accept. You can change your choice by clearing cookies for this site.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact us through the enquiry form and we'll respond within a month.
